Shipping and returns


Orders are usually dispatched the first business day after payment is received. We have set our delivery pricing to be as cost effective as possible based on our direct costs for each delivery service. We do not profit from shipping charges.

Packages are sent using Royal Mail or courier services depending on your delivery selection. It may be possible to track order delivery progress using an online link that we send you after dispatch. Where courier delivery is selected, we will choose the most appropriate courier for your destination.

Shipping fees include packaging and postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order.  

If payment is not received within 7 days of placing an order, your order will be automatically cancelled. Holding open orders impacts our stock management and may prejudice another customer wanting the same items if stock levels are low.


We will accept items returned within 30 days of purchase if the item remains unopened and issue a refund in vouchers for our website or refund using the method that was used to make payment. However, we do not accept returns of items sold to you on special offers.

We do not refund cash and we can't use a different method or pay to a different account than that which was used to make the payment. Refunds will not be issued prior to us receiving the returned items. Where items are returned, any refund will be for the product cost only - we cannot refund shipping costs that have already been incurred. In such cases, you will be responsible for any costs to return the items to us.

For obvious reasons, we can not issue refunds for items that have been purchased from other suppliers.
